As a wedding planner , I travel the world looking for new destinations and services for my grooms. But it’s always for my dear Rio de Janeiro that I come back, and increasingly sure that this is my favorite place for a destination wedding . That is why, in order to promote the city internationally as a TOP destination, I decided to create the Destination Wedding Planners Rio de Janeiro workshop , which took place on Tuesday (27th) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

And nothing better than debut in style. So I made a point of inviting the renowned German TV presenter and Wedding Planner Frank Matthée , better known as “Froonck”, for the first time to see our wonderful city. It was the first time a FAM TRIP was held focusing on weddings in Rio de Janeiro, and I’m happy to be a pioneer once again!
Froonck, who fell in love with Rio, led the workshop for a select group of 40 hotel and tourism companies. In it, the advisor shared with us his expertise of over 500 weddings across Europe, and even listed his bets on destination weddings.
The event was beautiful, a joy that doesn’t fit inside me. It is great to see that the Wonderful City continues to attract the eyes of the world. But of course I didn’t do it alone. To do so, I had the support of the Rio Convention & Visitors Bureau , a great ally in the quest to definitively insert our city in the world circuit of top wedding . And one more dear people:
