What a luck, what an honor that I had to be able to visit so many beautiful places and dear people in the darling country of the newlyweds. I feel blessed and safe to help you in this moment of so much uncertainty …

And for today’s post I separated a very special duo: the Splendide Royal hotel and the Mirabelle restaurant (which belong to the Roberto Naldi Collection group) , which I had the pleasure of meeting and spending delicious moments with. I don’t even know where to start, if due to the excellent location, the hotel is in the noblest part of the Eternal City, on Via Veneto , or by the professionals who work there, who are outstanding ! Polite, kind, prompt, impeccable … And they are so careful, they offer special services for the honeymoon, for the couple’s three-course romantic dinners prepared by the hotel’s chef, plus a photo tour of Rome to make a special album and travel professional.
The architecture of the hotel is a journey through time. Luxury, refinement and the highest Roman classic are inlaid by the walls of the property, which has a few dozen rooms – divided into four different categories, which is always good to take into account when you marry out, since you will have guests with different tastes and pockets. But know: regardless of the accommodation he chooses, good taste, beautiful decoration and care will be present in every detail.

The hotel’s gastronomy is a mix of extremely well executed and contemporary Italian classic that dominates its “neighbor” Milan . But the Mirabelle restaurant caught my attention not only for the gastronomy, signed by the executive chef Stefano Marzetti , but for a whole. On the seventh floor of the Hotel Splendide Royal, in the restaurant, you will be surprised by the famous and elegant terrace, where the view extends from the Umbrian buildings of Pinciano to the heart of Rome ; from Villa Medici in Trinità dei Monti to San Pietro e Gianicolo. It’s wonderful! The sensory experience will continue at the table, where the excellence of the dishes will be accompanied by impeccable service. The Mirabelle, in fact, is one of the most elegant gardens in the city, where the show and the mastery of the kitchen are combined with the breathtaking view of the wonders of Rome.
And speaking of weddings , all that I have said so far could not be left out. The team takes care of every detail – from the bride’s bouquet to the photo and video of the big day. In addition to the restaurant, smaller rooms very well decorated for a mini wedding , and the Cristal room, which welcomes up to 200 guests for dinner – indeed, a beautiful and unforgettable dinner!
